Notably, he has dedicated over 5 years to developing the capabilities of public service officers in the Asian region, focusing on digital government transformation, public service innovation, citizen-centric services, and smart nation strategies.

In addition to his training initiatives, Debashis brings over 14 years of research and advisory experience in digital transformation strategy, supply chain management, business process improvement, and performance management. His background also includes over 13 years of hands-on consulting and project management, covering planning, execution, integration, and B2B collaboration. Furthermore, he possesses 9 years of practical operational experience in a production environment.

Debashis has contributed his expertise to renowned organizations such as Gartner, IDC Asia/Pacific, and the National University of Singapore. Holding a Master of Business Management (MBM) and a Bachelor of Technology (B.
